I am able to help out with writing, editing, process documentation, events coordination, and program management - preferably for development-oriented and social responsibility initiatives. I especially love writing people profiles, travelogues, unique experiences, family/ kids stories, and features for cause-oriented activities and events.
I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Human Ecology, Major in Social Development Services, from the University of the Philippines, Los Banos in 2002. I originally wanted to pursue a degree in communications or journalism, but then I realized I could still write regardless of what degree I was pursuing.
I subsequently earned my Master of Development Communication degree from the UP Open University in 2015, and a Certificate in Environmental Management from the University of California at Berkeley in 2018.

Local companies I've worked with include Ayala Foundation, Coca-Cola Foundation, and the Bank of the Philippine Islands. In 2010, I joined the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the private sector arm of the World Bank Group. For over 7 years, I was part of a team who helped encourage private sector investments in climate-friendly projects. We primarily worked with banks and I was involved in communications, process documentation, and training design and development. At IFC, I also had the opportunity to lead knowledge management activities for the East Asia and the Pacific region.
At present, I support Give2Asia's (https://give2asia.org) Fiscal Sponsorship program. Give2Asia is a US-based non-profit which provides a platform for Asia-based NGOs to raise funds from private sector donors in the United States. I am one of two staff based in the Philippines.
